I had a problem with a recall on my BMW and the gentleman I spoke to over the phone here really went above and beyond trying to help me out of a pretty bad situation. There was no money in it for him, he’s just a good man who helped me as best he could. My Lexus was draining the battery every few days, and I had no idea what was causing it. They were able to quickly narrow down the issue to the heating element of my driver’s side mirror. They fixed it quickly and efficiently and for a fair price. So efficient! They scheduled me within a 24 hours of my initial phone call (many garages I called had a 1-2 week window before they could see me) After drop-off the next morning, I was called within an hour with a full explanation of my car's issues and how much it would cost to fix them. I trust Dana and John with taking care of my Mercedes. They are very trustworthy and get what needs to be done, done. Brought my car in at a different auto shop for convenience to switch out my tires, somehow they recommended I get my drive belt replaced as well? So I took my car to Uptown imports because foreign cars are their specialty, and they told me my drive belt didn’t even need to be replaced!
